摘要 An isolated polynucleotide (I) from Coryneform bacteria containing a polynucleotide sequence coding for the lysR1 gene, comprising a polynucleotide having at least 70% identity to a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide comprising a sequence (S1) of 303 amino acids fully defined in the specification, is new. (I) comprises a polynucleotide having at least 70% identity to a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide comprising S1, a polynucleotide coding for a polypeptide comprising a sequence having at least 70% identity to S1, a polynucleotide complementary to the above said polynucleotides, or a polynucleotide containing at least 15 successive nucleotide of the above said polynucleotides, where the polypeptide preferably has the activity of the transcription regulator lysR1. An independent claim is also included for a Coryneform bacteria (II) in which the lysR1 gene is attenuated, preferably switched off.
