PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled juice by extracting Salicornia herbacea which grows wild on the west coast of Korea and then quick freezing is provided. Whereby, the juice can be used for health auxiliary food and external application. CONSTITUTION: A Salicornia herbacea collected in Jun to July is ground and extracted with a juice extractor. And then 50 to 80% by weight of Salicornia herbacea juice is mixed with 50 to 20% by weight of purified water, sterilized with a UV ozone sterilizer and quick-frozen at -35deg.C.
