Process for measuring moisture uses a sensor (1) arranged on a substrate to detect the change of gaseous or liquid to solid phase of water droplets. An Independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the measuring process comprising condensation surfaces made of glass, silicon or ceramic excited with a piezocrystal (4). Preferred Features: The addition of energy occurs on the condensate surface in the form of collisions impinging the sensor substrate.
