PURPOSE: To provide a flat panel display module that is capable of making small size and thin, and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: The flat panel display module is equipped with a transparent substrate (11) having wiring terminals (22, 23) that are formed on the opposing portions on one surface at the edge of the transparent substrate (11), a luminous portion (12) which is provided at the display region in the center of the surface on the side where the wiring terminals of the transparent substrate (11) are formed, a sealing cap (13) which is provided at the sealing region so as to cover the luminous portion, a flexible printed wiring substrate (15) which is connected with the wiring terminals (22, 23) and extends along transparent substrate (11) and the sealing cap (13), and an at least one semiconductor (18) which is provided at the above wiring substrate (15) for the luminous portion (12). |
