A wheel spinner assembly (10) mountable onto a corresponding wheel of a vehicle is provided. The assembly (10) includes a wheel mount (18) supportab le by the wheel. A spinner mount is connected to the wheel mount. A bearing assembly (28) is supported by the spinner mount. A spinner is supported by t he bearing assembly (28), wherein the bearing assembly (28) allows the spinner to rotate independently relative to the corresponding wheel as the vehicle is i n motion.
