SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTING AND MANAGING DOUBLE INSULATING PIPE AND WATER LEAKAGE SENSING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A system for constructing and managing a double insulating pipe and a water leakage sensing device are provided to solve the problems occurring in the construction and operation of a double insulating pipe in an early stage. CONSTITUTION: A current drive circuit(30) is connected to a sensor wire of a double insulating pipe. A first negative feedback amplifier(32) detects a loop resistance. A second negative feedback amplifier(34) detects a water leakage resistance. A buffer(36) temporarily stores measurement data for the measurement of a water leakage point. A multiplexer(38) selects the signals from the buffer. An analog-to-digital converter(40) converts the analog signal from the multiplexer to a digital signal. A microcomputer(42) controls the system. An IC chip(44) is interfaced to monitor the state of a computer.
