PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing network management data in real time using a true-push function and a method therefor are provided to efficiently manage a network by informing an event generated in network management data to an operator in real time. CONSTITUTION: A database filter(26) processes data as event data when the data correspond to a value previously set as an event before storing the data processed in a data process unit in a database(23) using a true-push function, and displays the generation of the event on a state display unit(24). The database(23) stores the data through the database filter(26).
