PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling heating device to perform efficient heating and cooling of only the arbitrary spot of an object to be cooled and heated. SOLUTION: A visible lamp 2 having directivity is situated at an internal part of an indoor cooling heating device 1 having directivity to an object 4 to be cooled and heated and a cooling and heating direction is changed in linkage with the visible lamp. The heating or the cooling direction of the cooling and heating device coincides with the irradiation direction of a lamp situated at the internal part or in the vicinity of the cooling and heating device. Since the direction is changed in linkage therewith, when the direction of the lamp is determined so that rays of light of a visible region irradiated from the lamp collide with an object spot to be heated or cooled, the direction of heating or cooling of the cooling heating device is also changed in linkage therewith, and the object spot to be heated or cooled can be reliably heated or cooled. |
