PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sample analyzing element, capable of being manufactured in large quantities using a short-time simple manufacturing method, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The liquid sample analyzing element is equipped with a first resin substrate, having a plurality of microchannels, each of which is equipped with a liquid sample injection port; a fine groove which turns into a flow channel of the injected liquid sample and a liquid sample discharge port, formed to the single surface thereof; and a second resin substrate, of which both surfaces are smooth. The first and second substrates are bonded, so that the surface having the fine grooves formed thereto of the first substrate faces the second substrate, so as to form the fine grooves into pipelines.
