SOLUTION: A conventional current generating circuit including an arithmetic amplifier 11 for controlling a transistor 12 whose one current electrode 12a among current electrodes 12a and 12b is connected to a resistor 13 and an input terminal 11b of the arithmetic amplifier 11 is used for generating currents I1. A temperature-stable input voltage Vin is applied to the other input terminal 11a of the arithmetic amplifier, and the arithmetic amplifier 11 is arranged so that an offset voltage Vos(T) having temperature dependency is obtained between the input terminals 11a and 11b of the arithmetic amplifier, and the offset voltage Vos(T) and the input voltage Vin are adjusted for compensating the temperature dependency of the resistor 13 so that the currents I1 to be generated can be substantially temperature-independent, and the differential pair of geometrical shapes of the arithmetic amplifier 11 is used for generating the offset voltage Vos(T).
