PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrophotographic photoreceptor having more excellent durability compared to conventional ones and having an inorganic surface protective layer excellent in physical stability which hardly causes cracks or peeling in the environment for the practical use or by long-term storage or the. SOLUTION: The photoreceptor is prepared by successively laminating an organic photosensitive layer and an inorganic surface protective layer in this order, and at least the outermost surface part of the organic photosensitive layer in contact with the surface protective layer contains a polysilane compound expressed by formula (1). In formula, Ra and Rb are same or different and each represents an alkyl group, alkoxy group, aryl group or aralkyl group.
