PURPOSE: A system for displaying a TV screen on a computer is provided to enable a user to watch TV on a computer while doing another work by composing a dual monitor consisting of a main screen and an auxiliary screen. CONSTITUTION: A TV screen display system for a computer comprises a TV tuner(40) installed on a monitor(20) to output TV signals, a USB(Universal Serial Bus) VGA(Video Graphic Array) card to output video data via the USB port of a computer by converting into video signals, a first video mixer(30) to output the video signals output from the USB video card and the TV signals output from the TV tuner by mixing the signals, a second video mixer(35) to output the video signals output from the VGA card of the computer and the TV signals by mixing the signals, a monitor consisting of a main screen(22) to display the video signals inputted from the first video mixer and an auxiliary screen(24) to display the video signals inputted from the second video mixer, and a monitor controller(42) to control the output of video signals by controlling the actions of the first and second video mixers. Therefore, a user watches TV while doing a work with the computer.
