PURPOSE: A human resource information system is provided to enable a site visitor to input personal data, which he or she wants to open, to record the personal data at a database, and to enable other user to search for a person and get contact point data, e.g. a fax number, a phone number or an e-mail address. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a human resource data input module(100), a human resource management database(110), a search module(120), and a connection module(130). The human resource data input module(100) enables a site visitor to input his or her personal information which he or she wants to open at the site. The human resource management database(110) systematically records the data input via the human resource data input module(100). The search module(120) enables a user to search for a person according to a search condition or a search query. The connection module(130) enables the user, a human resource information searcher, to connect to one among the searched result. The human resource data input module(100) includes a multimedia data receiver(101) and a data modification module(102). The multimedia data receiver(101) allows the site visitor to upload synthetically the multimedia data, and the modification module(102) allows the user to modify or delete the data.
