PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem such that a user needs to visit a 365-day corner for bank service to use it and can receive the service only within the hours and the problem that it is inconvenient to subscriber's economical activities since no cash service is provided and small-amount settlement is not carried out when the user travels abroad. SOLUTION: The subscriber inputs an amount of the country in a foreign business trip or a tour and the amount is converted into the currency unit of the subscriber's country and automatically shown and the transmission of currency between next-generation mobile communication subscribers is enabled and when the subscriber is a businessman, the subscriber can pay at a card alliance store by using an IMT-2000 terminal device and an IMT-2000 ID card and even bank transfer is enabled, thus providing the device and method for currency service on the next-generation mobile communication network. Consequently, service to which the exchange rate of the current country is applied can be provided automatically or at a subscriber's request.
