PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony structure capable of effectively imparting a feeling of release of a habitable room obtained by a balcony. SOLUTION: In an inner type balcony 1 recessed in a building body 10 and opening on at least one surface 10b of the building body 10, the balcony is formed as a structure for arranging a screen 2 for cutting off a balcony 1 space from the outside in an outer peripheral edge part of the balcony 1. The screen 2 has at least either heat reflectivity or heat absorptivity.
