PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system in which a user-friendly data base can be reconstructed by integrating distributed shared data with existing data when the distributed shared data are added to a data base of a use terminal. SOLUTION: A data transmitter 10 acquires the shared data requested from another use terminal 20" according to a sharing request from the user terminal 20' and distributes it to the use terminal 20. The shared data are constituted of one or more minimum functional units and priority levels are added to the minimum functional units. Each part of the data base of the use terminal 20' is also constituted of the minimum functional units and the priority levels are imparted to the minimum functional units. Thus, reconstruction of the data base in consideration of the priority levels is executed at the time of integration of the distributed data, necessary information is dynamically integrated when it becomes necessary, and the latest piece of information is used and utilized at any time.
