PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a mechanism for preventing penetration of foreign substances provided for a drainpipe of a receiver draining defrosting water from a cooler is apt to cause clogging of the drainpipe by freezing of the defrosting water and that joining of the receiver to the drainpipe by such a means as welding causes nonuniformity in the quality and brings about frequent failures due to leakage of water from joined portion. SOLUTION: A piece cut and bent from the lateral side of the drainpipe is provided in a part of the pipe so as to prevent penetration of foreign substances, while a flange is provided in the outer circumference of the drainpipe so as to enable execution of calking by a press.
