摘要 PURPOSE: The coupling calix(4)arene azacrown ether derivatives capable of selectively adsorbing potassium ions are provided, therefore the derivatives can be used for the measurement of a potassium concentration in serum and their chelation with specific metal ions can be easily detected with the naked eye. CONSTITUTION: The coupling calix(4)arene azacrown ether derivatives capable of selectively adsorbing potassium ions are represented by last formula, in which R is C0 to C10 linear alkyl; R' is nitro, cyano or C1 to C3 ester; and n is an integer of 0 to 3, preferably R is propyl, R' is nitro, and n is 1. The method for producing the coupling calix(4)arene azacrown ether derivatives comprises the steps of: reacting the compound of formula(I) with the tosylate of formula(II) in the presence of CS2CO3 to produce tetraalkylated calix(4)arene compound of formula(III); cyclization reacting the compound of formula(III) to produce N-tosylated calix(4)arene azacrown ether compound of formula(IV); deprotection reacting the compound of formula(IV) to produce calix94)arene azacrown ether compound of formula(V); and reacting the compound of formula(V) with a coupling compound in solvent in the presence of base to produce the title compound of last formula.
