PURPOSE: Functional shoes are provided to help a user to easily wear the shoes, and to improve the wear stability thereof by making the upper region of the heel of the shoes be appeared or concealed. CONSTITUTION: The functional shoes are provided with a movable member(1) on the upper region of the heel of the shoes. The movable member is able to be rotated and displaced about a constant position(3) of a body(2), thereby the heel(4) of the shoes being appeared or concealed. Alternately, when the movable member and the heel of the shoes are connected via a fastening member, the fastening member is folded inside or outside the heel of the shoes, and in turn, the movable member is folded inside or outside the fastening member.
