PURPOSE: A mobile multimedia information service system based on current location of a user and time is provided to provide information considering geological location of the user as well as distance separated from home in time, thereby providing various and user-centered information. CONSTITUTION: A user registers home by using a wireless or wire network. Registration information is recorded at a home registering part of a server. The user recorded at the home registering part includes a specific identifier capable of identifying the user. The current location of the user is recorded at a current location determining part of the server. If the current location of the user is grasped, a home/visiting distance determining part compares home location recorded at the home registering part related to the corresponding user with visiting location recorded at the current location determining part. If the home/visiting distance determining part determines that the current location of the user exceeds threshold value, the server provides specialized information in responding to the request of the user.
