PURPOSE: A wall member with a luminous material is provided to produce desired luxury feeling or touch sense similar to marble or granite, and to reduce a production cost by recycling glass products as industrial wastes. CONSTITUTION: The wall member(1) is comprised of a base panel(2) made of glass pieces(3) mainly, a recess(4) formed in the base panel, and a luminous material(5) charged in the recess. In addition, a smokeless flux(6) is applied on the surface of the luminous material, or on the whole surface of the base panel in order to prevent the separation of the luminous material or be used as a promotor for the formation of illuminant elements.
