PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an archive system, which allows a mediator to adjust the copyright of contents with a user, provides consent contents for the user, and charge the user for the use of the contents and collect its value, and its retrieving method. SOLUTION: This archive system is equipped with an archive having a video contents storage DB 11 which stores various video contents to be provided for users, a retrieval DB 12 which generates partial video contents, an additional data storage part 13 which stores partial video contents that a user requests from the retrieval DB 12, a stored data retrieval part 14 which retrieves partial video contents from the additional data storage part 13, a display part 15 which displays the partial video contents in the additional data storage part 13 or pieces of partial video contents retrieved by the retrieval part 14, a video duplication part 16 which duplicates the partial video contents, and a video editing part 17 which edits the partial video contents. |
