SUBSTANCE: power plant is provided with off-centered-gravity main wheel mounted on bearing floors and sprocket ; tanks are intercommunicating through water conduit with gate valve and water pump; chain transmission of one of floats is coupled with left-hand shaft and other one, with right-hand shaft; these shafts are joined through flange with intermediate shaft coupled by means of two flanges rotating in opposite directions and three gear wheels with secondary shaft transmitting unidirectional rotary motion by means of pin gearing with main wheel whose sprocket is coupled through chain transmission and coupling with flywheel; the latter, in its turn, is coupled through chain transmission with electric generator. Power plant provides for power generation using energy of wind, waves, waterfalls, and the like ensuring periodic operation of its pumps.
