PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve to cause flow of fuel in a nozzle hole inlet through improvement of flow velocity of fuel and enable high atomization of spray. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve comprises a guide hole 3a; a plurality of nozzle holes 31 formed in a nozzle hole disc 3i; a nozzle body 3 having a valve seat part 3b situated upstream of the nozzle hole 31; a fit-in part 4a slidable over the guide hole 3; and a nozzle needle 4 having a contact part 4b capable of making separation from and contact with the valve seat part 3b. Since the nozzle holes are situated in an annular manner in a state that an axis H of the nozzle hole 31 is caused to deflect in the peripheral direction relative to an axial direction Z of a fuel injection valve 1, a flow of fuel flowing into the injection hole inlet 31a can be straightened in the peripheral direction centering around the axis Z due to the injection hole 31 caused to deflect an angle in the peripheral direction. Thus, by straightening a flow of fuel flowing in the injection hole inlet 31a, a fluid loss incurring when fuel having a different flow direction flows in the injection hole inlet 31 can be prevented.
