PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern plotting device capable of plotting an optional polygon from which an alias is removed at high speed with high quality. SOLUTION: A profile line-less polygon plotting part 7 plots the inner part of a polygon except the profile line part, and an anti-alias profile line plotting part 8 plots a straight line subjected to anti-alias processing to the dot located in the profile line part of the polygon. The pattern obtained by superposing the results plotted by the profile line-less polygon plotting part 7 and the anti- alias profile line plotting part 8 is the polygon from which the profile line is removed.
