PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable comparatively easy operation of an on-vehicle apparatus through voice by a driver, when unexpected change in the running state of a vehicle or the like occurs. SOLUTION: When an operating switch 16 is turned on, the body 1 of an information apparatus mounted on the vehicle, receives the driver's operating voice to the on-vehicle apparatus for a specified time interval. However, during the driving operation which requires driver's attentiveness, such as the operation when the degree of steering angle or angular velocity of a steering wheel 10 is a prescribed value or more, an operation when a brake 11 is operated, and an operation which is similar when a blinker 12 is operated, the measurement of this reception time is suspended or extended. |
