SINGLE PHASE AC MOTOR INVERTER CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A single phase AC motor inverter controller is provided, which improves a response characteristics and a torque characteristics and enables to control a speed of a conventional motor without a tacho generator, by performing an inverter driving of a VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) type. CONSTITUTION: A full wave rectifier part(6) full-wave rectifies an input AC power with a rectifier to obtain a positive/negative(+/-) voltage. A motor driving part(8) applies a positive(+) or a negative(-) voltage as to a common winding terminal of a motor. A speed signal rectifier part()7) rectifies a signal of a tacho generator to obtain information of a present speed. A speed comparison part(11) obtains a signal controlling a voltage and a frequency by comparing a target speed with the present speed. A VVVF control part(10) generates a voltage and a frequency according to the signal of the speed comparison part. An FHC(Free Wheeling Control) freewheels a reverse electromotive force generated from a coil while controlling a voltage to improve a torque characteristics after rectifying it. And a reverse electromotive force switching part(12) improves torque and efficiency by turning the reverse electromotive force of the coil to the motor winding or a power supply.
