In addition, if personal details and financial transaction account data prepared by a financial account applicant are inputted in a financial transaction data input unit(320) and voice data and financial transaction data are transmitted to a voice/account data recording unit(340), the data recording unit(340) divides voice data and financial transaction account data and stores the data in a voice data storing unit(410) and a financial transaction account data storing unit(420). If a financial transaction client transmits the voice data and the financial transaction data using a mobile communication terminal through an interface, a voice data receiving unit(210) and a financial transaction data receiving unit(220) receive the data and transmit the voice data to a voice data inquiring unit(240) and transmit the financial transaction data to a financial account data inquiring unit(230). The voice data inquiring unit(240) searches the voice data stored in the voice data storing unit(410) and checks a user's identity by comparing voice data transmitted by the financial transaction client with the stored voice data. The financial account data inquiring unit(230) checks account information by comparing the stored financial transaction account data with financial transaction account data transmitted by the client.
