PURPOSE: A diagnostic kit for detection of cervical cancer is provided to achieve an improved fidelity and allow users to diagnose cervical cancer in a convenient manner. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic kit is composed of a latex bead coupled with polyclonal antibodies for each of MCM5 protein, human papilloma virus(HPV)-16 E6, HPV-16 E7, HPV-18 E6, and HPV-18 E7; a sample buffer solution composed of 50mM sodium phosphate, 0.1 percent SDS, 10 micron gram/ml DNAse I; a standard positive sample; a standard negative sample; and a micro plate. The polyclonal antibodies react to the latex solution in 1:1(v/v) at the concentration of 1mg/ml, and the latex bead coupled with the polyclonal antibodies has a final concentration of 2 percent.
