PURPOSE: An underground water abandoned well disposal device is provided to dispose an abandoned well not to pollute a deep well when a deep well requires closing by forming an abandoned well resulted from ending in failure or drying up underground water due to a long-term pumping water after developing an underground water deep well. CONSTITUTION: An underground water abandoned well disposal device comprises a baffle board(2) having a rubber tube(24) expanded by compressed air, gas or a fluid and adhered to a wall of a deep well to intercept a deep well, and a rope(5) as a supporter for supporting the baffle board(2), wherein the baffle board(2) comprises a supporting pipe(21), an upper plate(22) and a lower plate(23) interposed to the upper and lower ends of the supporting pipe(21), and a rubber tube(24) interposed between the upper and lower plates.
