PURPOSE: A stock transaction method is provided to enable a user to designate a plurality of companion agents over the internet so that it can prevent work laziness, mental instability or time waste. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a web server of a stock transaction system over the internet(S21), the user subscribing for the stock transaction site if the user is not a member(S22), the user logging in the stock transaction site by inputting an ID and a password and allowing the user to make a transaction of the stocks if the input ID and password is registered in a member management database(S23), the user selecting an investment start menu, and the web server connecting the user to an investment company(S24,S25), the user searching for an investment related information or a companion agent, designating a plurality of companion agents, enabling the companion agents to request selling or buying stocks according to a guidance of the user, and the web server performing the stock transaction according to the companion agent guidance(S26).
