PURPOSE: A device for adjusting the height of the wheels of a package carrier is provided to safely and easily use a package carrier by adjusting the height of the wheels of the carrier depending on the height of stairs. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting the height of the wheels of a package carrier comprises a unit for fixing a support bracket(134) on both sides of a rotating shaft(136), a guide rail(150) installed on each face of a support piece(134a) of the support bracket, a wheel combining piece(160) formed relating to the guide rail and entering on the guide rail, and a unit for fixing the wheel combining piece to the support piece of the support bracket.
