PURPOSE: To provide an adhesiveness-providing agent for primers high in adhesion to various objects with the effect not degraded even after prolonged storage and a primer composition using said agent high in adhesiveness and storage stability. CONSTITUTION: The adhesiveness-providing agent is a silane compound which is a product of reaction between a polyisocyanate and a silane coupling agent having a secondary amino group wherein a phenyl group or its derivative is directly connected to a nitrogen atom, which silane compound has one NCO group or more and one alkoxysilyl group or more in each of its molecules on the average.
