During sand-blasting process, standing "stalks" are supported by resilient substrate 18 so that force applied by sand-blasting flow is absorbed by resilient substrate 18 to prevent "stalks" from being destructed, deformed or pressed to base sheet. Sand-blasting enables upper ends of threads forming "stalks" of synthetic covering to be separated one from another and at the same time to be united into dense playing surface.
