PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-line research support system which is adaptive to many questionnaires. SOLUTION: A research requester 12a sends request items such as questionnaire contents to a research implementation server 11. The research implementation server 11 retrieves all members 26 to 29 who meet conditions of research objects of the request items from all database 45 to 47 and transfers the request items to processes 51 to 53 for respective sites. The processes 51 to 53 generate and distribute electronic mail based upon the questionnaire. The member 26 clicks an address in a link destination guide sentence in the electronic mail with a mouse to change the connection destination of a browser. The research implementation server 11 decides access from the member 26 at an A site 22 from the address and sends a research document 91 having the logotype of the A site 22 to a research requester terminal 12. |
