PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, having driving circuits in which different transistors are selectively provided according to required circuit characteristics. SOLUTION: TFTs(thin film transisters) that become shift registers of top gate drivers 2 and bottom gate drivers 3, whose driving frequency is equal to or lower than 500 kHz, are constituted of thin-film transistors constituted of amorphous silicon. Drain drives 4, whose drive frequency is equal to or higher than 1 MHz, are made up with single-crystal silicon transistors, so that these drivers are provided on an IC circuit. |
