PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client to simulate the preparation of layout or the like even without expert knowledge on architecture without meeting the salesman of a house selling company, and to enable the house selling company to present a construction estimate corresponding to the plan of the client without restrictions of time or area. SOLUTION: The house selling company provides software to a client who is to buy a house, which enable the client to easily input the layout of the house while referring to the model plan of the house selling company, the client can prepare the plan by performing various simulations. The client sends prepared plan data through the Internet to the server of the house selling company or the personal computer of the salesman of the house selling company to receive the estimate of that plan or other information concerning new construction. |
