PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently change a reservation without visiting a store or mailing that reservation change and further without wasting information inputted in the case of reservation when a user makes a reservation and stores an electronic coupon showing the completion of that reservation in a user terminal. SOLUTION: A center 1 receives a reservation change application transmitted from a user terminal 6 and while referring to a train reservation DB 3 or hotel reservation DB 4, it is investigated whether that reservation can be changed or not. When the reservation change is possible, the reservation is changed, an electronic coupon according to the reservation change is newly prepared and the new electronic coupon is transmitted to the user terminal. The user completes the reservation change by storing the new electronic coupon in the user terminal.
