PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a successful bidder under a condition matched to the request of a seller. SOLUTION: A bid receiving part 6 receives bid information from bidder terminals 1a-1d and limits the participation of a bidder, which is not suited to the desire of a seller E, in auction by referring to auction refusal object information registered by the seller E. On the basis of the bid information from the bidder terminals 1a-1d and auction desire object information registered by the seller E, an auction condition managing part 7 ranks bidders corresponding to the degree of matching to the condition of the auction desire object information. Thus, possibility for the bidder of more matched conditions to make a successful bid is improved by the request of the seller. |
