PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a smooth start while preventing a sudden start after a running vehicle is stopped. SOLUTION: This running vehicle is provided with a belt transmission device 54 capable of changing a transmission change gear ratio and stopping the transmission, and a clutch 57 capable of stopping the transmission separately from the above, whereby when the clutch 57 is put in the transmission stop state, the belt transmission device 54 is also stopped interlocking with it. The running vehicle is provided with a shifting tool 81 for changing the change gear ratio of the belt transmission device 54 and stopping the transmission, and a stopping tool 96 for stopping the transmission of the clutch 57, whereby when the clutch 57 is put in the transmission stop state by the operation of the stopping tool 96, the shifting tool 81 is operated to an operating position for putting the belt transmission device 54 in the transmission stop state.
