PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a mechanism freely adjusting a field angle, to prevent the material cost from increasing, to reduce the size and the weight, and to facilitate the handling at a low cost. SOLUTION: This device fitting structure 1 comprises a first metal fitting 2 fixed to a top plate 91 of a monitoring device 9, and a field angle adjusting member 10 interposed between the first metal fitting 2 and a girder material S and having a second metal fitting 3. The field angle adjusting member is so constituted as normally/reversely turning around a spiral rod 6 for vertically suspending the monitoring device 9 from the girder material S, and normally/ reversely turning around a turning center bolt 73 extending horizontally in parallel to a television screen.
