PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost-up, and to make excellent image quality obtainable. SOLUTION: In this device provided with plural radiation photoconverting means for converting radiation into light, and plural photoelectric transducing elements for transducing the lights converted respectively by plural photoconverting means into electric signals, each of the plural radiation photoconverting means is formed by being partitioned by a light shielding member, the means and the shielding member are arranged to be positioned in an upper part of the each of the plural photoelectric transducing elements, and the sizes of the means and the shielding member arranged each other in the upper part of the element are equalized by the each element.
