<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical wavelength conversion module capable of obtaining a wavelength converted wave having a stable output and moreover capable of being formed with high yield and at a low cost. SOLUTION: This optical wavelength conversion module is formed by coupling directly a semiconductor laser 10 generating a laser beam 11 as a fundamental wave, a waveguide type wavelength selecting element 20 selecting the wavelength of the laser beam 11 and an optical wavelength conversion element 15 converting the wavelength of the laser beam 11 one another.</p> |
