PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make photographs freely attachable and detachable to and from the front of a panel and a base late in a picture frame to be used by being placed on a table. SOLUTION: The panel and picture frame are provided with retaining pieces 3 and 4 or retaining plates 5 on the baseplate 1, from which surface glass is chipped off.
