PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the apparent thermal conductivity of a heat insulating material to an appropriately high value near an ordinary temperature and to an appropriately low value near the high temperature in a heat protection member of, for example, a space appliance. SOLUTION: Materials with high thermal conductivity are disposed in the heat insulating material with low thermal conductivity and clamped between members A and B or retained by either of the member A or B at an arbitrary cross section and arbitrary pitches so as to adjust the apparent thermal conductivity of the heat insulating material to an arbitrary value.
