PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution-less energy at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this permanent magnetic type rotating energy amplifier, an electric motor for inputting 3, a bevel gear device 5, and a crank device 6 are installed on an input rotating shaft 4 supported by bearings 1 and 2 attached to a casing 14 by utilizing the suction and repulsion forces between magnets as the basic characteristics of permanent magnets. Also, a flywheel 15 is installed on an output rotating shaft 10 supported by the other bearings 11 and 12 on the same axis with output rotor magnets 13 arranged so that the N and S poles of the permanent magnets of a specified dimension are positioned alternately in circumferential and axial directions. An air gap of a specified dimension is provided on all around the outer periphery of the output rotor magnets 13, an input slider magnet 8 having the dimension, quantity, and arranged magnetic pole in correlation with the output rotor magnets 13 is installed so as to be slidably reciprocated smoothly by a specified dimension in the rotating axis direction. In addition, the input slider magnet 8 is connected to the crank device through a link 7.
