PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary lock bolt capable of releasing the fixing, if necessary, after a piece to be fixed is temporarily fixed to the ground with excellent strength and a lock bolt execution method making use the temporary lock bolt. SOLUTION: A steel pipe front end 331 is expanded to the direction of a diameter from the attachment 312 of a bolt body 31 inserted into a steel pipe 33 to release a contact state between the steel pipe front end 331 and the excavated hole interior wall surface 41 by moving the bolt body 31 to the front end side of the steel pipe 33 from a state coming into contact with the excavated hole interior wall surface 41, and the steel pipe 33 and the bolt body 31 can be pulled out from an excavated hole 4.
