PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device that prevents a roller of a horizontally moving means and the like from derailing in the device. SOLUTION: A first frame lift and bound preventing means is disposed in an unjoined engagement position between a lower frame 1 and an intermediate frame 3 so as to engage the top surface of the lower frame 1 and the bottom surface of the intermediate flame 3 with each other in an unjoined relation and to cause the engagement to prevent a lift and a bound of the frames constructed into a layered state. A second frame lift and bound preventing means is disposed in an unjoined engagement position between an upper frame 4 and the intermediate frame 3 so as to engage the bottom surface of the upper frame 4 and the top surface of the lower frame 1 with each other in an unjoined relation and to cause the engagement to prevent a lift and a bound of the frames constructed into a layered state. Rollers 10 and 13 of each horizontally moving means 7 and the like are prevented from derailing in the device.
