PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure superior in workability and short in execution work time in a frame installing structure of a sanitary equipment unit. SOLUTION: An upper positioning material having a L-shaped side view and a length in the lateral direction of this sanitary equipment unit is prepared, one surface of this upper positioning material is fixed to a building wall surface by an anchor bolt according to the height and a lateral dimension for installing the sanitary equipment unit, a frame of the uppermost part among frames is thrededly fixed to the other surface, and the sanitary equipment unit is installed.
