PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an archive system in which a mediator adjusts the contents copyright between a contents provider and a user, offers agreed contents to the user and collects equivalent for the use/utilization of the contents from the user, and to provide its retrieving method. SOLUTION: This archive system is provided with an archive having a digital contents storage DB 11 where digital contents to be offered to the user are stored, a DB 12 for retrieval for segmentizing the digital contents to generate segmentized contents, an attached data storing part 13 for storing segmentized contents that are requested by the user from the DB 12 for retrieval, a stored data retrieving part 14 for retrieving the part 13 for the segmentized contents, a displaying part 15 for displaying the data of copyright/for retrieval/contents introduction as retrieval results, a digital contents duplicating part 16 for duplicating the segmentized contents from the storage DB 11 and a digital contents editing part 17 for editing the segmentized contents. |
